Your heel tends to be very dry and cracked especially when you wear those "open" shoes. You need to do some treatment for your heel to keep it smooth and soft.

Pink colour side to smoothen the heel and black colour side to remove the callouses.

1. Soak your feet in warm water for 5-10mins to soften the skin
2. Use a dry cloth to dry your feet
3. Hook this pad under your heel, black colour side facing your heel (to scrub off the dead skin of your heel)
